1. Fast Processing

We value your time. All orders are processed within 1 business day (excluding weekends and holidays). This includes a rigorous quality check and careful packaging at our studio before dispatch.

2. Shipping Times & Costs

We offer tailored shipping options to get your WAVLO ritual to you as quickly as possible.

United Kingdom

(England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland)

European Union & International

Delivery Time: Typically 3–10 business days depending on destination.
Customs & VAT (Under £135): For orders ≤ £135, UK VAT is collected at checkout via the IOSS scheme. You should incur no additional fees upon delivery.
Orders Over £135: Import duties and taxes may be applied by your local customs office. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

3. Track Your Journey

Once your order leaves our studio, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing a tracking number and a direct link to monitor its progress. You can also track your order via your WAVLO account dashboard.

4. Shipping Support & Issues

While we strive for perfection, we are always here to help if things don't go as planned:

Occasional Delays: Estimates may shift slightly due to weather or carrier logistics. If your package is significantly late, please reach out.
Lost or Damaged Items: In the rare event of a shipping mishap, contact our customer care team within 7 days of receipt (or expected receipt). Please provide your order number and any photographic evidence so we can fast-track a replacement or refund.
