We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Manufacturing defects shouldn't interrupt your glow. If your device stops working due to a manufacturing defect (non-accidental damage), you are fully protected for 2 years.
You can choose a hassle-free refund, or a full replacement accompanied by a special gift from us to you.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Broken Item: Rest assured, you are fully covered. Please take a few photos of the package's condition before opening and attach them to your request so we can fast-track your free replacement.

Box Damage Only: If the damage is limited to the packaging and you’re happy to keep your device, we’d love to say very thank you.

To maintain our strict hygiene and safety standards, we cannot offer a full refund on items that have been used over the 60-day returning period.

HOW TO RETURN?
To start a return, you can contact us at support@wavlo.co.uk with your order number and the reason for your return.
For Damaged Items: Please attach a quick photo of the packaging or device so we can fast-track your resolution.
📦 Important Return Instructions
To ensure your refund is tracked and processed securely:

Authorization Required: Items sent back without a prior approved return request cannot be accepted.

Official Address: Returns must be sent to our designated fulfillment center provided in your authorization email.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. You can always contact us for any question at support@wavlo.co.uk.
💳 Refunds
We will update you as soon as your return has been inspected. Approved refunds are issued automatically to your original payment method within 5 business days. While we process these quickly, your bank may take a few extra days to reflect the balance. If more than 15 business days have passed since your approval, please contact us at support@wavlo.co.uk.
